Emma Sansom

Emma currently works in a residential mental health program, with a background as a peer worker. In her role, she engages in helpful conversations with clients and with people seeking access to the services she supports.

For Emma, these conversations extend well beyond the workplace. She values open and supportive exchanges with family, friends, and even people she meets in passing.

Emma says, “You never know when someone you are talking to might decide that they feel safe with you and decide to ask for help.”

Her practice and philosophy are grounded in openness, trust, and the belief that every interaction can make a difference.
